If your website shows a cookie consent banner (GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations), configure iPixel to stop firing events upon user opt-out.

Setting Up in Google Tag Manager

Step 1: Enable Consent Mode on your container: - Go to Admin > Consent Settings - Check Enable Consent Overview

Step 2: Set up the ad_storage consent flag when creating the tag that downloads the Pixel.

Important

If a user changes consent mid-session, iPixel applies it only from the next page load. It cannot undo already-sent events.
